Seth Friedman represents insurance companies in disputes with policyholders on a national, regional and state-wide basis. His practice involves claim counseling and litigation in a wide variety of insurance coverage areas including: pollution, construction defect, first party property, employment, professional liability, errors & omissions, public entity liability, surplus lines, asbestos and toxic torts. Seth also handles extra-contractual claims and suits.
He also represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate disputes. He regularly litigates real estate disputes including commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters.
Seth was a speaker at the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar in 2009, 2011 and 2012.

In the Profession Seth is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.
In the Community
Involved in the Anti-Defamation League, Seth sits on the Civil Rights committee.
