Linda Foster represents insurance companies in disputes with policyholders on a national, regional and state basis. She has extensive experience in claim counseling and litigation in a wide variety of insurance coverage areas including: pollution, construction defect, first party property, employment, asbestos and toxic torts. Linda also handles extra-contractual claims and suits. 

An author and presenter on the cutting edge issues of insurance coverage, Linda has served as conference co-chair and presenter at many Mealey's Insurance  Conferences.

Her commitment to learning and sharing the current and complicated issues in insurance coverage is exemplified by her extensive involvement in the Insurance Coverage Committee of the Section of Litigation in the American Bar Association. Linda was managing editor for Coverage, the award winning publication of the Committee.

Linda co-chaired the acclaimed 2004 Mid Year Committee meeting, which had record attendance and covered a wide range of insurance coverage topics including Construction Defect Claims, ERISA, Reinsurance and Additional Insurance issues. From 2004 until 2007, Linda served as the carrier side co-chair of the Committee.
