Jon Young manages the firm’s residential foreclosure practice. Throughout his career, Jon has also advised and represented homebuilders, developers, lenders and loan servicers on a variety of matters.
Prior to joining WNCW, Jon served as Associate General Counsel for John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods and Wieland Financial Services for 14 years. During his tenure he represented the companies in general corporate and real estate matters and handled contract and financial work on behalf of both, including issues involved in overseeing foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions and sales of reacquired property.
In the Community
Jon and his wife Marlene, who manages the firm’s Peachtree City office, live in Peachtree City with their two children, Ashley and Michael.
The family attends Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City, where Jon has served on church committees. Jon has also been involved with youth sports, coaching both baseball and basketball.
