Darryl Moss represents builders and developers throughout the country in the creation of new real estate developments, including condominiums (both commercial and residential), master planned communities, new urban communities, mixed use developments and other types of real estate developments involving complex ownership structures.
To create these developments, he prepares covenants, creates owner associations, and other documentation, including declarations of condominium, articles of incorporation, bylaws, purchase agreements and easement agreements. He also represents clients in the organization of new corporate entities, as well as other real estate matters.
Proactively guiding the real estate legal community, Darryl was one of the primary authors of the 2006 and 2007 amendments to the Georgia Condominium Act, which addressed issues related to master condominiums, escrow of purchase deposits, certificates of occupancy, and developer exemptions from assessment obligations.
