Jeff Schneider, a shareholder in Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, PC, has dedicated his practice to real estate litigation since joining the firm in 1994. He represents clients in litigation, arbitration and negotiation of real estate disputes including those arising out of real estate development, title, contract and or land use. Jeff heads the title litigation group, specializing in the needs of national title insurance companies in claims and coverage matters.
In the Profession
Jeff is a member of the executive committee of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Chair of the Title Standards Subcommittee and the Section Liaison with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner and title insurance industry. He is an active member of the legislative committee. Jeff has spoken for various professional groups on land use and real estate issues and chairs the annual Georgia Title Standards seminar on behalf of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He is a frequent speaker on real estate topics, including:

In the Community
In addition to his litigation practice, he serves as a Special Master hearing quiet title matters for the Superior Court of Fulton County and the Editor of the state wide monthly publication of the Georgia Real Estate Law Letter.
Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Georgia (2010). He has been an active supporter of the organization for over 20 years, hosting an annual bike ride to the Coast to raise funds.
