Ashoo Sharma represents clients throughout Georgia in litigation, arbitration, and negotiation of real estate disputes. For more than 10 years, she has defended real estate agents and brokers in all types of claims, including buyer/seller defect claims, and has also successfully represented them in claims seeking unpaid commission. Her practice also focuses on commercial litigation and employment law matters.
In the Community
An active member of the Georgia legal and business community, Ashoo has served as the executive vice president of Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and as vice president and board member of SABA, the local South-Asian bar association.
She is a past Barrister in the Bleckley Inn of Court and was named a 2006 and 2011 "Georgia Rising Star."
