Well-versed in Georgia zoning regulations, Rob Stein has helped clients to resolve zoning and land use challenges. He represents clients at public hearings, requests variances and zoning approvals and manages permitting actions.
Rob provides counsel to condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations on operating issues such as covenant violations, outdated documents and transitioning from voluntary to mandatory membership.
