CAI is comprised of 58 state, regional and local chapters nationwide and, for over 30 years, has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. CAI’s Board of Trustees is comprised of 14 community association business partners, professional managers and owner representatives who serve a two-year term.
