Buyer Reminders• Advise your Closing Attorney of any special needs, circumstances or questions you have regarding the closing• Provide Closing Attorney with proof of homeowner’s insurance policy having adequate coverage effective on or before closing date • Work closely with your Lender to prepare the loan for closing • Consider with your Realtor® or Closing Attorney the option of purchasing owner’s title insurance • If you cannot attend closing, obtain a Power of Attorney form from the Closing Attorney, execute it properly and assure that the original is returned for closing • Bring these things with you to closing:
